The central component of this role will be developing our team program, supporting our swimmers’ development and goals across various age groups, and assisting with backend organization and meet operations. It is ideal for someone passionate about working with all athletes, from the youngest of athletes to our highly competitive seniors, in a positive and encouraging environment.

Lifeguards maintain constant and proactive surveillance of the pool and surrounding deck areas to ensure a secure environment for all participants.
